Waste in. Protein out. Nothing leaves.

Every input is logged. Every output is measured. The Green Factory system closes itself — rabbit waste feeds BSF colonies; BSF frass becomes certified fertilizer. No organic waste exits the facility.

— Three-Stage Closed Loop

Output of one system is input to the next

Stage 1 — Rabbit Breeding

Climate-controlled pens produce elite breeding stock and a continuous stream of organic waste. Temperature and feed conversion are logged daily.

Stage 2 — BSF Conversion

Black Soldier Fly larvae process rabbit waste into larvae biomass and frass. Zero organic waste exits this stage — all material converts to usable output.

Stage 3 — Certified Fertilizer

BSF frass is processed into bagged organic fertilizer with documented nitrogen content. Batch records are available for due-diligence review.

Built to replicate without industrial land

The full circular system runs on a compact urban footprint. No large-scale land, no industrial equipment. The model transfers to small-scale operators with documented setup specs and measurable cycle targets.
